Booked this place for its fantastic location near the old town, spa areas, and parks.

We had an excellent stay on a business trip.

we have booked standard king room with excellent facilities. the great and incredible location was a few steps away from slipstream sculpture. and the area was downtown, not far from the parks and restaurants, many restaurants and the river.

Tasty breakfast options with different kinds of meat and cheese, allowing everyone to try something they've never had before. the location here is also fantastic, making it convenient to explore the area 🌟.

I liked the attention provided by the staff.

Location lovely. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Some of the staff were friendly (E.G. when we arrived at midnight the person at the reception was very helpful).

No wifi in rooms - only one ethernet cable so only one person can go online at a time. Air conditioning not working (and it was 40c one day!) - air coming out of units was not cooled in some bedrooms. Some of the staff were unhelpful to the point of rudeness. Hotel coped poorly with our 81-year old forgetful mother being unable to find keys or get breakfast from the buffet without help. We attempted to eat an evening meal at the hotel on the last night, and were initially told in an impolite fashion that they had a conference eating there and that it was tough luck for us. We had to negotiate to be allowed to eat what were effectively the leftovers from the buffet, and were charged €20 per person which was very poor value. On one occasion when we tried to exit the hotel, we were locked in. Reception was abandoned and a sign was stuck to the front door. We paid the bill and asked that everything be included, but they messed it up and didn't include our meal, and then rudely demanded that we pay cash. On the last day, our 81-year old mother was adamant that the hotel wake-up call was 45 minutes late. Normally we might consider it possible that she was confused, but given the list of debacles above, we are less inclined to think so.

the room was a good size and had air con. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help. 😊.

The room here is modern and stylish, with a super cozy bed and fluffy pillows. Its location is right in the middle of everything, and the staff goes above and beyond. 🌟.

Great units with balconies where you can chill or have a cuppa ☕. the location is awesome, right by the town center, parks, and restaurants. You're super close to everything, which makes getting around a breeze.

The food options were excellent, and the venue is conveniently located by the river in the center.

clean - well-equipped room and bathroom. Great coffee machine in the room. Helpful staff at reception gave us a map and directions to the old town. Close to thermal baths. Friendly and attentive staff in the restaurant who recognized us even after the first day.

I always return to this hotel. Staff found my lost wallet on my first stay. It has free Wi-Fi, a 24-hour reception, a bar, a restaurant, a spa. Perfect for me. Can't wait to come back for New Year.
